For our final spectacle, prepare to step into a smoke-and-brass dreamscape where legends slip out of the shadows. This drag & burlesque extravaganza unleashes Arizona’s (and beyond!) fiercest performers as glittering cryptids, serving high drama, high glamour, and high-octane tease. Expect jaw-dropping costumes, sultry storytelling, and monster-level talent in a night where folklore gets flirtatious and the uncanny gets downright irresistible.

They banned it. They feared it. They mythologized it. At long last, it returns! No longer whispered in back rooms, but presented openly in a proper, guided setting.
WWWC14 welcomes back just two absinthe tastings, led by absinthe aficionado Doctor Bond alongside Calamity Dawn, professional bartender and expert guide to the world of spirits. Together, they present an immersive, guided tasting of five (or more!) exceptional absinthes, spanning classic European traditions, rare expressions, and a special curated selection available only at this event. Learn the truth behind the legends. Taste differences most people never experience side by side. Discover why absinthe has captivated artists, outsiders, and rebels for more than a century.
Every attendee will receive their own vintage-style Absinthe Spoon!

Join Calamity Dawn for a Cocktail Tasting adventure! The lost cocktails of yesteryear that were once in vogue but have fallen from grace. Libations that seemingly just shouldn’t work at all. Innocuous beverages that seem safe and tasty only to betray the drinker with nonsense. Some of these drinks will delight you, but others might give you fits. This is one of Calamity’s most popular panels and she is delighted to bring it to the Wild West for the very first time!

Returning this Year by Popular Request! Despite the interruptions last year… The tea class lives! You can toss a spanner in the gears of class, but you can’t take a good cuppa tea from us! Tea balls, tea cups, teapots, tea bricks, loose and bagged tea! Confused about the difference between black, green, white, and red teas? What about fruit or flowering teas? Wondering the proper way to store tea? Puzzled about caffeine in your tea? Learn the history of tea and the correct way to brew each type. Whether you are a seasoned tea lover or just beginning, find a new favorite by sampling a variety of black, green, red, white, oolong, and pu’erh (aged) teas, tempting treats and much more!
Fee includes class, paperwork, tea/treats and a souvenir gift.
The Glowing Gouda Groove Party

Our laboratory lamps are burning bright with ultraviolet light, the dance engines roar to life, and even the cheese begins to glow with excitement! DJ Frank Powers drives the rhythmic machinery and hosts this first-ever event! We light up the floor with radiant fae dance energy beneath our canopy of blacklights. Meanwhile, a magnificent buffet of cheeses awaits those brave enough to graze between dances. Dress to glow and join us for a night of dancing, dazzling, and decadent cheeses!
