WWWC13 is being held at Casino Del Sol
We welcome you to the Casino Del Sol as our host hotel for 2025!
We are taking over every inch of convention space they have available for Wild Wild West Steampunk Convention 13!
- This is a beautiful 4-star resort, with a golf course, spa, and many amenities.
- WWWC has 32,000 square feet of event space!
- No driving required – with 10 restaurants and 6 bars on property
- Casino Del Sol is 9mi/18 minutes from the Tucson International Airport (TUS)
- Free WIFI throughout the Convention, Casino and Hotel spaces!
Please DO NOT contact Casino Del Sol and attempt to get rooms without our reservation link below. You won’t get our special discount price and we do not get proper credit for rooms reserved outside of our block.
Our discount rate is available from the nights of Tuesday March 18th – Tuesday March 23rd!
Yes, if you’d like to come as early as Tuesday and leave the next Wednesday so you can take your time, relax and enjoy the Tucson area before and after the convention!
WWWC13 Casino Del Sol room prices
No deposit is required for your reservation.
There are Two Towers to select from:
Del Sol Tower – This is a 4-star hotel located in the main building of Casino Del Sol and is just steps away from the WWWC convention area.
$139 per night (Monday 3/18, Tuesday 3/19, Monday 3/24, and Tuesday 3/25)
$159 per night (Thursday 3/20/2025 – Sunday 3/23/2025)
Estrella Tower – This is a 3-star hotel located a short walk away from the WWWC convention area.
$119 per night (Monday 3/18, Tuesday 3/19, Monday 3/24, and Tuesday 3/25)
$139 per night (Thursday 3/20/2025 – Sunday 3/23/2025)
Both room options include free Valet Parking. Our hotel block includes a 10% discount off Services at the Hiapsi Spa. There are NO RESORT FEES – the only additional fees are the 12.1% occupancy tax.
Reservations are first-come, first-served so make sure to reserve early.
How to make your Reservation:

4. Select the Del Sol tower at $159/night or Estrella tower at $139/night
5. Select King or Double Queen bed and continue to finalize your reservation!

If you don't, the Casino Del Sol reservation system will tell you the rooms are sold out!
